A living medicine engineered from your own immune cells. We help patients worldwide understand CAR-T therapy, compare NMPA- and globally-approved CAR-T drugs, and connect with leading Chinese hospitals that deliver it.
CAR-T (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell) therapy is a form of immunotherapy that reprograms a patient's own T cells to recognize and attack cancer cells. It is sometimes called a "living drug" because the engineered cells can persist and continue protecting the body for years.
Your T cells → genetically engineered → expanded → infused back → they hunt cancer.
Unlike conventional chemotherapy or radiation, CAR-T is built for one specific patient. A sample of the patient's blood is collected, the T cells are modified in the laboratory to carry a synthetic receptor (the "CAR") aimed at a marker on the cancer, multiplied into the millions, and returned to the patient as a single infusion.
In blood cancers such as certain leukemias, lymphomas and multiple myeloma, CAR-T has produced remissions where almost every other treatment had failed.
Understand CAR-T in Depth →From a simple blood draw to a life-changing infusion, the CAR-T process is carefully staged and monitored by specialized hematology teams.
White blood cells are collected from the patient's blood through a few-hours apheresis procedure.
In the lab, T cells are given the CAR gene and grown into millions of cancer-seeking cells.
A short course of conditioning chemotherapy prepares the body to receive the new cells.
The engineered CAR-T cells are infused back — a process similar to a blood transfusion.
Patients are closely watched for responses and manageable side effects like CRS.
Many patients achieve deep, durable remissions — the goal of every CAR-T program.
China now has one of the world's fastest-growing CAR-T pipelines. Several globally recognized and domestically developed products are approved by the NMPA and used in leading hospitals.
The first CAR-T approved in China (2021). Targets CD19 for relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma. Developed by Fosun Kite.
Compare all drugs →A second CD19 CAR-T approved in China (2021) by JW Therapeutics, for relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma.
Compare all drugs →BCMA-targeted CAR-Ts for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, including domestically developed options like 福可苏 and 赛凯泽.
Compare all drugs →CAR-T was born in blood cancers and is now expanding into solid tumors through active clinical research. Explore the indications by target and disease.
CD19 CAR-T for relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), including pediatric and adult patients.
The most established CAR-T field — diffuse large B-cell, follicular, mantle cell and other relapsed/refractory lymphomas.
BCMA-targeted CAR-T has reshaped treatment for patients whose myeloma relapsed after multiple lines of therapy.
An active research frontier (GPC3, Claudin18.2, etc.). Not yet broadly approved — available mainly through clinical trials.

Yes. Several NMPA-approved CAR-T products are used in Chinese hospitals that accept international patients. After a record review, our specialists determine eligibility and the most suitable product and hospital.
List prices for CAR-T in China are generally substantially lower than in the US or Europe, and the total cost of the treatment episode (including hospital stay) is often a fraction of Western pricing. We provide a transparent estimate before you travel. Actual costs depend on the product, disease, and hospital.
Absolutely. We offer record review and video consultations with hematology specialists so you can understand your eligibility and plan before committing to travel.
The two most important, manageable side effects are cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity (ICANS). Leading CAR-T centers in China have dedicated protocols and intensive-care backup to monitor and treat these promptly.
